Lara Taylor (VC Goldalming & Haslemere) wins the ladies'10. Joanna Rowsell (Wiggle Honda Pro Cycling) wins the ladies' 25, also with a new course record of 55:38 and absolutely smashing the previous record of 58:10 set by Rebecca Romero in 2007. |

A new course record of 1:01:59 for winners Chris McNamara (Pedal Heaven RT) and Roger Smith (South Downs Bikes).
The weather conditions were a great improvement on recent weeks but unfortunately the road conditions were less favourable, leading to several pairs being affected by punctures including pre-race favourites Nick Dwyer and Rob Pelham. |

Pete Tadros (In-Gear Quickvit Trainsharp) wins in a bumper entry this year.
His time of 35:40 broke his own course record set previously in 2009, and included bettering his record time for the prime too. 17 tear old Dan Gardner (Team ASL360) recorded a superb time of 38:29 which put him as not only easily the fastest junior but was also sufficient to place him 5th overall. |

Heartfelt commiserations are offered by the organiser to all those competitors who went off course due to the ambiguous red arrow signs that appeared overnight, and those who suffered a puncture/mechanical. Poor Paul Smith was the worst affected after suffering two punctures and eventually retiring.
In-Gear Quickvit Trainsharp RT took the first two places with Conall Yates beating his teammate Pete Tadros by over 29 seconds. Chris McNamara (Pedal Heaven RT) finished third. |
